replicant simulates everyday life with LLM minds, a deterministic kernel, and beliefs that follow quantum probability. In our first simulated city, 100 residents in 40 households wake up, go to school and work, meet friends, keep or break promises, get sick and read the paper. The city runs in real time at city.replicantresearch.com, and every day is recorded: a hash-chained ledger replays byte for byte, forks compare against a null twin, and open source is coming soon.
